Brief: The clients, known to us for many years, approached us to explore ways of providing improved kitchen/breakfast accommodation together with a ground floor cloakroom at their inner terrace town house.
Involvement: We put together ideas for a single storey side/rear extension together with internal alterations, to provide the extra space they were looking for. Full constructional drawings were prepared, all necessary local authority approvals were obtained, and Party Wall matters were addressed and resolved. Competitive tenders were obtained, a contractor appointed, contract documents prepared and the works monitored through to completion and agreement of the final account.
